Mary Martha Fetter, 100, passed away at 1:33 pm, March 2, 2023 at Liberty Retirement Community of Lima.

She was born May 23, 1922 in Lima to John and Zelma M. (McComb) Hefner who preceded her in death. On October 23, 1942 she married Thomas V. Fetter who preceded her in death on February 21, 2006.

Mary was a homemaker and helped on the family farm. She was a lifetime member of Union Chapel Missionary Church and a prayer warrior. She was a loving Mother, Grandma, Great-Grandma, and Great-Great-Grandma.

Survivors include: 3 Daughters, Donna Bowers of Elida, Norma (Jessie) Wilkins of Shady Grove, FL, Anita (Allen) Selden of Marion, IN; 7 Grandchildren, Kim (Drew) Pegg, Troy (Adrianne) Bowers, Lynette Rex, Mark (Phyllis) Wilkins, Tammy (Richard) Cotrell, T.J. (Melissa) Rex, Gary Kesler; 13 Great-Grandchildren; 11 Great-Great-Grandchildren; 3 Step Great-Great-Grandchildren; 2 Brothers, Ronald (Darlene) Hefner of Lima, John (Carole) Hefner of Cairo.

She was preceded in death by: a Daughter and Son-in-law, Marieta (Bobby) Rex; a Son-in-law, Gary Bowers; a Granddaughter, Tina Kesler; 5 Brothers and Brothers-in-law, Eugene (Dorothy) Hefner, Glenn Hefner, Donald (Twyla) Hefner, Walter Hefner, Gordon Hefner; 3 Sisters and Sister-in-law, Ruth Spayd Hardin, Esther (Robert) Willeke, Sharon Hefner.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday and from 9:30 am until time of services at 10:30 am Wednesday at Union Chapel Missionary Church, (4869 Ada Road, Lima, 45801) with Pastor Mark Bayliff and Pastor Allen Sudmann officiating. Burial will follow in Ward Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Union Chapel Missionary Church or WTLW.
