Judith Marie Landwehr, age 67 of Lima, passed away April 13, 2023, at 9:45 pm, at Roselawn Manor, Spencerville.

She was born January 24, 1956 in Lima, to John and Luella (Moenter) Hammill who preceded her in death. On July 18, 1981 she married Joseph Landwehr who survives.

Also surviving are their daughter, Jessica (Derrick) Lyn Eutsler of Spencerville; grandchildren: Colton Kelly Eutsler and Lindsey Marie Eutsler; and her brother, Thomas (Lynda) Hammill of Lima.

She is preceded in death by a brother, John Louis Hammill.

She was a 1974 graduate of Lima Central Catholic High School where she was a majorette for four years and head majorette her senior year, along with as a graduate of Northwestern Business College. She previously was employed at City Loan, Met Bank, Bank One and Chase before going to work and retiring from Comfort Keepers, where she was Comfort Keeper of the Year in 2019 and retired in December of 2020. She was a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church. Judy was a past member of The Lima Area Jaycees and a member of V.F.W. Post 6772 Auxiliary, Spencerville. She was an avid sports fan, especially of her grandchildren’s teams. She was a lifelong fan of the Cleveland Browns, Chicago White Sox, Notre Dame and the Big Ten, especially the University of Michigan. She had been a longtime bowler from a bowling family, bowling in leagues in both Lima and Delphos.

Her Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the Eastside Chapel of Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services where a Parish Wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Gerard’s Parish or L.C.C. Marching Band.
