My prayers are with his family. Jason was my lab instructor at CCMS this past Winter and I learned a lot from him. He was very patient and helpful to his students. He will be sorely missed.

Rest in Peace, Jason. You were a best friend growing up and a genuinely sweet spirit. I know that you carried the same caring and kind nature into adulthood. My deepest condolences to the Kinn family.

Little Jason Kinn was the first person we saw when pulling up to our new house on Cherry St. way back in 1979? He was just 4 years old and came racing by on his bike looking very determined! Strangely,I have never forgotten that moment and still see his face. I am saddened by his loss. My daughters spent many hours playing with him and have expressed happy memories with him;whether he was tinkering in the garage with something or giving them a ride down the alley on his latest contraption,Jason shared his love of fun and adventure. Thankyou,Jason for sharing your life with us!

To the Family and Friends of Jason Kinn Our hearts were moved to send you a letter of comfort. Death robs us of the ones we love. Jason was an asset to the community with his giving spirit. He will be missed. Jesus’ Promise at Luke 23:43 reads, “And he said to him: ‘Truly I tell you today, you will be with me in Paradise.’” Jesus was promising a resurrection to someone whom he knew was about to die. Also, Jesus had said at John 5:28-29, that there would be a resurrection of the dead. How joyful we will be when that is accomplished. Our hearts and prayers are for your comfort and encouragement. May those that gather around you and remember Jason with you bring you comfort and good memories. So sorry for your loss , sending prayers

Jason was one of the nicest, pure-hearted individuals I’ve ever met. There was always a smile and a care and concern for how you were doing, even when he wasn’t doing so well. My father passed away in 2008, and Jason took care of my family as if we were his family. Exceptionally professional, but also genuinely caring. You only get to meet a few people like this in life, and for that I feel blessed. My sympathies are with his family. God Bless

Our family met Jason when he worked at Spring Grove Funeral Home. He was there for my niece and our entire family when Sarah's 32 year old husband, Marty died from brain cancer. That was two years ago and her and Jason still spoke through e-mail or Facebook. He was funny, happy and a genuine person. He provided a service to our family that went above his job title. Jason fulfilled every request Marty had while planning his funeral. Jason truly was the sweetest man! I just know Marty was there to greet him in heaven and they are drinking a beer together right now. Rest in peace Jason. Praying for the Kinn family.

Kinn family, We are very sorry for your loss. Keeping your entire family in our thoughts and prayers. My mom thought so highly of Jason when she would be at the funeral home in Fremont.

Clete, Jill & Corey, I am deeply saddened about the loss of my friend. I first met Jason at church where we both volunteered to lead the youth group on a mission trip to North Carolina, it was there that I leaned what a hard working, compassionate role model he was for those kids and adults alike. He was one of those people that once we were introduced, I knew right away that we would have a long lasting friendship. We enjoyed many days on the Sandusky river as well, it was there that i learned about his "need for speed" after he purchased the fastest SeaDoo that money could buy, as he would go flying by me wearing that classic Jason smile and that infectious laugh he had. He was a very generous man as well, we often helped each other with numerous home improvement projects and had lots of laughs while doing some brutally hard work. Please notify me when there is a memorial service at 419-603-1746, and may Jason rest in peace. Jeff & Sis Sloma Fremont, OH

I am sorry for your loss. May you be comforted in knowing that you are not alone, God knows your pain and he will help you heal. Psalms 147:3

I met Jason in Wooster and hired him while he was at ATI. He came to us for an internship in agriculture but spent a great deal of time in the funeral home. His passion for funeral service grew instantly; it really set the course of his professional life. I was privileged to give him some advice when he was deciding to buy into the funeral home and always enjoyed my visits with him about funeral service over the years (although we didn't talk frequently enough! ) I can still see his smile and hear him laugh as I reminisce about a life lived in the service of others, but ended way too soon. To his family: I will keep you in my prayers. May God wrap you in His loving arms and provide you peace and healing.

To the entire Kinn family.... all are in my thoughts and prayers..... I am at a total loss for words at the moment. I have not had the opportunity to talk to Jason for the last several years, although I have thought of him often. He was a very dear friend, and boss that I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet in mortuary school. No doubt he will be missed by many, many people and will forever hold a special place in my heart. Rest In Peace my friend!!
