I am sorry for your loss. She was one of my favorite teachers at Washington Elementary School. She conducted some of the be very BEST music programs....there was always standing room only in that Washington Elementary School gymnasium. What a wonderful lady! She touched many lives .

Dear Maggie, We will always remember with fondness your mom singing next to you in the choir at FUM church in BG. She was a pillar of the church community. She will be missed. We are so sorry for your loss. We are sending prayers and thinking of you at this time of loss. Your mom will be singing her beautiful verses in the choirs of heaven for sure! Hugs.

So sorry for your loss!! I got to know Dorcas while working at Maple Crest. I truly enjoyed listening to her play her piano and coasted her to play more often. I enjoyed her story telling of the Hindenburg and the detailed stories she told me about Maine and showing me her map of the bay, just made me what to go there even more!! Darcus and all her talents made it easy for her to stand out in the crowd but to me it was her sweet and kind heart that drew me to her! I was blessed to have know her in the short period of time I did and yes she did love to laugh!! God Bless!!

Going from high school teacher to elementary counselor I only had a year or two to work with Dorcas, but I enjoyed my lounge visits and her sense of humor. My sympathy to the family, especially Maggie whom I knew the best. My prayers for comfort for the family!
