Debora Sue Pseekos, 58 years old, passed away peacefully at home on February 28, 2017, at 10:54PM surrounded by her loving family.
Debora was born September 3, 1958 in Lima, OH, to James F. and Mary Jane (Metzger) Jones who preceded her in death. On April 29, 1981 she married John Pseekos who preceded her in death on October 8, 2011.
Debora graduated from Lima Senior High in 1976. She worked as a Chemical Operator who also headed the Safety Committee for Ashland Chemical in Lima, OH for 32 years. She was a long time member at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Debora’s past times included supporting grandchildren’s activities, hot tubbing and exercising at the YMCA.
Debora is survived by four children, Thomas(Jessica) Pseekos of Delphos, OH, Nicholas Pseekos of Elida, OH, Dianthe “Dee” Pseekos of Columbus, OH, Maria(Dale) Smith of Spencerville, OH. Grandchildren: Zavier, Jayden, John, Dale, Dylan, Jaycee,Troy. Siblings: James(Sandy) Jones of Columbus, OH, Rick(Brooke) Jones of McKinney, TX, John(Tammy) Jones of Akron, OH, Barbara(Randy) Pitson of Cridersville,OH and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church at 10:00AM on Friday, March 3, 2017. Officiating the Mass will be Father Kent Kaufman. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Wapakoneta, OH 45895.
Visitation will begin Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Lima Family YMCA, 345 S. Elizabeth St. Lima, OH 45801
