Aaron L. “Teddy” Ehrnsberger, 27, of Lima, passed away surrounded by his family and friends at 8:00 AM on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at St. Rita’s Medical Center due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

He was born on February 21, 1988 in Lima to Donald L. and Candace Cheney Ehrnsberger, who survive in Lima.
Aaron was a 2007 graduate of Lima Senior High School and a cook at Rigali’s Pizza Village. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing video games, card games and joking around. He was a great friend that would do anything for his friends. But above all he loved being a father.

Surviving are his fiancé Ashleigh Scarrett of Lima; his son Zackery and his daughter Addyson and his one on the way; maternal grandparents Chester Betty Cheney of Lima; paternal grandparents Donald E. Ehrnsberger of Findlay, Bertha May Ehrnsberger of Lima and Judy Tom Williams of Ada; his brothers Trevor Tabitha Ehrnsberger of Lima and Daniel Whitehurst of Louisana; his sisters Shantel Whitehurst-Williams of Ada, Trish Anthony Snobeck of Lima, Amanda Jamie Endicott Ehrnsberger of Marysville, Elisa Ehrnsberger and Tiffany Ehrnsberger of Lima; his God daughter Abby; his closest friends Corey Cassondra Catlett and Donato Rigali both of Lima; his birth father Dwayne Whitehurst of Louisana; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by an infant child and his step grandmother Leora Ehrnsberger.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL with Pastor Nathan Branim officiating.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
